Mayu Hazuki (Japanese: 葉月まゆ) is a Japanese AV actress. She debuted on January 7, 2025, and from August 2025 became an exclusive actress for the DAS (dasdas) label. Prior to her AV debut, she was a gravure idol and appeared in many image DVDs and digital photobooks.
